This free weekly class is part of our Healthy Eating + Active Living (HEAL) project, funded by Champions for Change. Classes focus on nutrition, and offer brief exercise as well as frequent cooking demonstrations. Participants are also encouraged to work on a group project, such as a community cookbook or garden. Classes take place at Chinatown Service Center, on the fourth floor.

We are always looking for volunteers (especially those with Cantonese language skills, and folks interested in leading exercise and teaching cooking) to support these classes. Let us know if you’re interested!
